Please remember when ordering our personalised products to state colour and character required, and also the name of child.

The easiest & most convenient way to order items from our shop is to place a secure on-line order through our website. To do so, simply browse through our on-line catalogue and click on the buy now button next to the item that you wish to purchase. We accept most types of credit/debit cards and our shopping cart is integrated with Mals ecommerce and as such you will be assured that you will be transmitting your payment details through a secure server and that the information transmitted is highly encrypted for extra security. Please remember if ordering personalised products to state colours, names etc in the messages box.

You may wish to phone your order to us on 01395 579055. We are available to take your order by telephone, 10.30am to 4.30pm. Please remember to have your card details and if ordering personalised products then you will also need details of colours and names required.

STOCK AVAILABILITY.

We try our hardest to update stock availability frequently on our web site. However there may be occasions when items are out of stock due to their handcrafted nature. We aim to deliver most of our products within 3-7 working days. If an item is out of stock then we will contact you with a delivery time.
