Postage charges for ribbon-only orders
1st class: £0.99 for as much ribbon as you like.
2nd class: £0.70 for as much ribbon as you like.
Postage charges for all other orders
Postage is calculated based on weight after goods are placed in the basket and you will be able to choose between 1st and 2nd class postage.
1st class prices from £0.99 - £6.50.
2nd class prices from £0.70 - £5.50.
Orders over £50.00 have free postage.
Please note we only deliver to addresses in the UK.
NEW: We now provide a 24-hr collection option, as this will allow people in the local area to collect from the shop free of charge.
We aim to despatch all orders within 48 hours of receipt, but please allow up to 5 working days during our busy periods for personalised items. If you require your order for a certain date then please let us know and we will do our very best to get it to you in good time. Ribbon orders are usually dispatched within 1 day.
Damages and refunds
In the unlikely event that an item is damaged in transit, we will require you to e-mail or telephone us within 24 hours of receipt, giving us a full description of all damages and any damage to the packaging. We would ask that you return the item in the original packaging within 7 days and, upon receipt, we will arrange for either a replacement or a full refund. We will of course pay for your return postage and would ask that you retain a proof of postage.
In accordance with the Distance Selling Regulations, if you wish to cancel an order after it has been despatched, you must e-mail us within 7 days of despatch. Thereafter you will be required to return the item(s) in their original and unopened condition within 7 days. No postal charges will be refunded and goods must be returned at your expense and at your own risk, preferably by recorded delivery.
Refunds on personalised products
No order can be cancelled at any time on personalised or made-to-order goods.
In the case of an error on our part with regard to personalised items, we will put this right on return of the goods at our expense. Should you have made an error then we will do what we can to assist in putting this right. We do, however, reserve the right to make a charge for this service as well as the additional postal charges.
